I received the cartridges quickly and used one a short while later. It printed great pictures. I'm only an occasinal user, so it may be a few days or a week or so before I use it again. Over a span of about a month, I would say I printed about 20- 25 pictures. I went to use it yesterday and my Photosmart said " cartridge failed, please replace cartridge ". Maybe I got a lemon but I'm assuming the message means that it's out of ink already.

I bought this to go in our HP Photosmart A627 printer. The printer cartridge arrived with the usual tape that one removes before installation, but after I removed the tape and installed it, I got a cartridge error message. I removed and reinstalled the cartridge several times, then I cleaned the print jet surface gently with a few q-tips dipped in a little tap water, then dried the area with more q-tips. After I cleaned it, I installed it again and it worked. Overall, even with the hassle of having to clean the cartridge, the savings makes this one worth it. Prints are coming out looking just as good as with the original HP factory cartridge.

This ink is perfect. The pictures come out clean, just as if i bought it brand new from store. Comes in sealed plastic, and the plastic strip is over the ink so you will have to remove before inserting it into the printer. GREAT BUY!
